# Grey Shore Systems

Grey Shore Systems is an AI software firm that builds custom automation and internal systems for mid-market and enterprise operations. We architect document-heavy and multi-system workflows, then deliver software the client owns outright. Founded by Wilson Mills. New Hampshire.

## What we build

- Enterprise and mid-market operations automation: custom AI agents and systems that handle intake, follow-up, scheduling, CRM automation, AI-powered SMS and email agents, and internal operations. Plugs into the tools already in place and runs 24/7 without adding headcount.
- Document-heavy operations: invoice processing, reconciliation, and data pipelines that replace manual re-keying between systems.
- System integration: CRM, ERP, billing, calendar, and back-office tools connected so data enters once and flows everywhere it needs to.
- Custom internal tools: dashboards, client portals, middleware, API integrations, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. Full deployment and hosting included, delivered as software the client owns outright.

Systems are built on n8n, OpenAI, Supabase, Twilio, Telnyx, Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and custom integrations. Builds staffed by senior engineers from top technology companies. Fixed scope, quoted up front, billed by milestone. Every system is monitored and iterated on after launch.

Mid-market and enterprise operations teams, including multi-location organizations, in sectors such as retail, distribution, and healthcare. Grey Shore Systems does not sell packaged software, and does not serve residential or local trade verticals.

- Vibez Group — DSD Platform (retail + distribution). Direct store delivery software: a live map of the retail store network with revenue at risk by region. vibezbrands.com
- Summer Sessions — Invoice Converter (multi-location retail). A seasonal retailer was re-keying every invoice by hand. We built the pipeline that eliminates it. The build paid for itself inside the first month.
- Acuity Eyecare — Acuity Command (healthcare). A practice command center. The AI responds to after-hours inquiries and books around the clock, so nobody falls off. acuityeyecarenh.com
