Grey Shore Systems ("we," "us," or "our") operates automation and integration services for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services or when our systems connect to third-party platforms on your behalf.
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and business information. When you authorize us to connect to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Outlook, or Google Workspace, we access only the data necessary to perform the automation services you have requested.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our automation services. This includes processing data through automated workflows, sending notifications and communications on your behalf, and generating reports or alerts as configured by you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Telegram. When you authorize these connections, we access data through their official APIs in accordance with their terms of service. We only access the minimum data required to perform the services you have requested.
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access invoice and customer data solely for the purpose of automating review requests and business notifications as configured by you. We do not modify, delete, or alter any data in your QuickBooks account. We do not store QuickBooks data beyond what is necessary to operate the automation workflows. Access can be revoked at any time through your QuickBooks account settings.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. All connections to third-party services use OAuth 2.0 authentication and encrypted connections. We do not store passwords or sensitive credentials. API tokens are stored securely within our automation platform and are not accessible to unauthorized parties.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Workflow execution logs are retained for troubleshooting purposes and are automatically purged on a rolling basis. When you terminate our services, we delete your data and revoke all third-party access tokens within 30 days.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also revoke access to any connected third-party service at any time through that service's account settings or by contacting us directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised "last updated" date.
